Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was nicely set up with heart shapes on the bed and a plate with a slice of delicious chocolate cake, but it needed some upgrades and had issues like a leaking air conditioner and low-pressure warm water. Despite these drawbacks, the pricing was steep at PHP20000 for 3 nights without breakfast.
The hotel is conveniently located near major malls and restaurants, offering good service but could use some updates in the rooms. The dining experience is satisfactory, though the rates could be more competitive.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was big and covered all our needs, especially the bed which was the most comfortable and clean, but the overall room felt quite old compared to smaller rooms that I've stayed in before. The service was excellent with smiles and assistance everywhere, a great improvement from my previous stay. The location was excellent for our needs, within walking distance to shopping malls and places of interest, but I wish the breakfast buffet and bathroom doors were better. The dining experience was real good with an extensive menu boasting cultural variances, including some lovely Southeast and South Asian dishes. However, the facilities could use some improvement to match the overall experience.
The hotel's rooms, almost 75% identical to the website images, were very comfortable with friendly staff and lovely Christmas decorations. A suggestion would be to provide more seats in the lobby for waiting guests during check-in and check-out. The room was spacious and well-kept, although some daytime noise from renovations next door was a minor disturbance.
The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to shopping malls and offers nice views. The rooms, although small, come with more than basic amenities. The downgraded bed situation was disappointing, considering it was referred to as a 'free upgrade. '
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, spacious, and neat, offering great WiFi connectivity. It's truly the best value among the hotels I have experienced in the Makati area. However, the unrenovated section was a bit tired and lacked the luxury I expected.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, particularly on the club level, were clean and inviting, but I noticed a thick dust that resembled asbestos, causing me anxiety and stress. The service was generally excellent, with commendable professionalism, although there was a slight delay in fulfilling a request for an extra towel. The location was superb, being opposite the plaza and central city, near Greenbelt with plenty of shops and restaurants, although the lighting switches could be more convenient. The dining options were great, offering a wide variety of dishes including some lovely Southeast and South Asian specialties. However, the cream cakes were a delightful highlight. The overall value for money was decent, but improvements could elevate the experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were really big, nice, and comfy, offering great value for the price, but they felt old and not as clean as I would like. The service was very efficient and attentive for most amenities, but I faced a hard time regarding travel documents. The location was really excellent, close to fantastic malls and dining options, although the dining itself was a bit lacking in choices. Overall, it's a convenient place to stay with some areas for improvement.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great Xmas decorations, but more lobby seats would enhance the waiting experience for guests.
